Most yacht brokerages prepare for and do their own "in-house" closings. At Z Yachts, we believe that a closing should be done by a third party, who derives no benefit from the sale of a boat or yacht other than doing the paper work.

If Z Yachts represents either the buyer or seller in a transaction, the closing will be done by an insured and bonded third-party.

Z Yachts has as selected Gloria Rector Vessel Documentation, Inc. to do all closings. The firm was established in 1983 and has built a reputation of efficiency and reliability over the past 20 years. Gloria Rector does not sell boats! Her company's only performance is to assist in accurate and efficient closings. The company is fully insured and bonded for these duties.
