lien holder releases.
Claim of Lien
We offer a complete "Claim of Lien" service
that provides clients who wish to file a
"Notice of Claim To Lien" against a
currently documented vessel. Please Note!
That in order to record the claim of lien,
at least one outstanding mortgage must
already exist on the vessels abstract of
title.
Change of Status

package that provides clients with the
assistance they need to change a vessel from
a documented one back to a private status.
Documentation Removal
