Z Yachts begins marketing to Latin American
market
via The Caribbean Yacht Connection

Yachts has signed an alliance with The
Caribbean Yacht Connection. This alliance
will enable Z Yachts higher end listings to
be translated into Spanish and marketed to
the Latin American and Caribbean market via
the high-traffic marine site,
www.tulancha.com which receives over two
million visitors per month.
This alliance gives Z Yachts access to Latin
American countries like Costa Rica,
Venezuela and Puerto Rico where demand far
exceeds supply in the higher end vessels.
This strategic agreement between The
Caribbean Yacht connection and Z Yachts
allows a co-brokerage arrangement whereby
potential buyers will be flown into the U.S.
for vessel inspection by The Caribbean Yacht
Connection and will be accompanied by a
Spanish speaking broker who will help the Z
Yachts broker show and arrange final details
with the vessel.
According to James Weller, President of Z

American sellers while helping bridge the
obvious language and cultural gaps that
exist." Management teams on both sides view
this alliance as extremely powerful as Z
Yachts Maintains over $60,000,000 under
listing agreement and The Caribbean Yacht
Connection provides demand over an above the
highly competitive domestic market.
